You get your own Architects Designed House exactly as you imagined it, which conforms to the Greek building regulations. You can design it with our in-house Architect
You only need to tell us exactly what type of house you want and our Architect will design it suiting your choice of plot. You can have the fixtures and fitting as you prefer.
You can have the house of your dreams. You can decide between exclusive houses in traditional or modern style or a mix of concrete and stone. You will have the lay out how you want. You can pick your own color scheme. Here at Theo Construction we have a wide selection of plots, mainly with Sea and/or Mountain Views; however should you already have a plot or require a plot in a specific we will can assist with this process.

Construction
You will have a contract consisting of the detailed cost of the work with no hidden extras.
You will have Theo Construction's full support through the whole project ensuring that it is enjoyable and trouble free
You will have 4 years guarantee on the construction .
Theo construction will have penalty in case of delay delivery.
