following are rule of thumb, for a detail
calculation please contact us.
Inside
Village: The build capacity will depend on
the plot size.
Plot
Size Build Capacity
Up to 100m2 - 160%
>100m2 to 200m2 - 80%
>200m2 to 300m2 - 60%
>300m2 - 40%
Example: plot of 150m2 inside a
village will allow 80% = 120m2 building
capacity.
Example: plot of 220m2 inside a
village will allow 60% = 132m2 building
capacity.
Example: plot of 350m2 inside a
village will allow 40% = 140m2 building
capacity.
Bordering Village: 10% of total
plot size, also the property must be 5m from
side borders and from middle of road 5m in.
A minimum of 2000m2 is required to build on
a plot bordering a village.
Example: plot of
2000m2 on village border will allow 200m2
building capacity.
Outside Village Border:
5% of total plot size, also the property
must be 5m from side borders and from middle
of road 5m in.
A minimum of 4000m2 is
required to build on a plot outside the
border of a village.
Example: plot of 4000m2
outside the village border will allow 200m2
building capacity. Other restrictions can
