The building permit normally takes one to two months, this can take longer if the plot
needs to be cleared by forestry minister.

Step 2. Build

Normally for a typical 100m2 house the build time is 9-12 months, once the building permit
has been obtained. For a larger house this will take longer, but weather delays have been
accounted for in this estimate.
